All cargo sent within Türkiye is covered by us and is free of charge.
Delivery Time
Since our products are custom-made, production is expected to be completed and shipped within 3 business days.
Incorrect Address and/or Recipient Information
The addresses and recipient information in the orders placed by us are arranged by the customers, and in the event that the product is delivered to the wrong person/address, we cannot solve the problem other than contacting the cargo company.
