In what cases can I get a refund?

If the product is sent by us incorrectly, does not fit your vehicle or has a problem, you can return the product by shipping it to our address with a cash on delivery payment.

How/When will the refund fee be reflected in our account?

After we ship the product, you can contact us and we will provide the refund payment to your card/account from which you purchased the product within 3 business days after we receive the product. After we initiate the return, the return process may vary depending on your bank.
